To place an order, please contact us with details about your desired crochet piece, including size, color, pattern preferences, and any specific requests. Once we finalize the project details, you will receive an invoice with payment instructions.

2. How long does it take to complete a custom crochet piece?

Completion time varies depending on the complexity of the design, the availability of materials, and my current workload. A general timeframe will be provided when your order is confirmed.

3. Can I request changes after the order has started?

Minor adjustments may be possible, but major design changes after work has begun may require additional time and fees. If you cancel due to timeline changes, the deposit remains non-refundable.

4. Do you offer rush orders?

Yes! Rush orders can be accommodated for an additional fee, depending on the complexity and urgency of the project. Contact me before placing your order to check availability.

Payments & Pricing

5. How much does a custom crochet piece cost?

The standard price for custom crochet work depends on design complexity (excluding yarn). Additional costs may apply depending on yarn type, rush orders.

6. Is a deposit required?

Yes, a 50% deposit is required upfront before any work begins. This ensures your spot in my queue and covers initial costs.

7. When is the final payment due?

The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project. Delivery will only be made once full payment has been received.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

Payments can be made via PayPal, bank transfer, or credit card.

9. Do you offer payment plans?

Currently, full payment is required before delivery. If you need a payment plan, please discuss this before placing your order.

10. What happens if my payment is late?

If payment is not received within 5 days of project completion, a 5% late fee will be added to the balance.

Cancellations & Refunds

11. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but the deposit is non-refundable once work has started. If cancellation occurs after 50% of the work is completed, you will be responsible for paying 75% of the total cost to cover materials and time spent.

12. What if you (the Service Provider) cancel my order?

If I cancel your order for any reason, your deposit will be fully refunded, and any completed portions of the project may be delivered to you if feasible.

13. Can I return or exchange my order?

Since each piece is handmade and custom-made to order, all sales are final. Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not available unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

 

Materials & Yarn

14. What type of yarn do you use?

I use high-quality yarns suited to your project’s needs. If you have specific preferences (e.g., organic cotton, wool, acrylic), please let me know before placing your order.

 

Delivery & Shipping

15. When will I receive my crochet piece?

An estimated completion date will be provided when your order is confirmed. Any delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated.

16. Do you ship orders?

Yes! Shipping fees will be communicated before finalizing your order.

17. What happens if my order is lost or delayed in the mail?

Once an item has been shipped, I am not responsible for postal service delays, lost, or stolen packages. If you prefer insured shipping, please request this at an additional cost.

 

Care & Maintenance

18. How do I care for my crochet piece?

Care instructions will be provided with your order. In general:

•          Hand wash gently with cold water and mild detergent.

•          Lay flat to dry to maintain shape and quality.

•          Avoid excessive stretching or pulling.

 

23. What if my crochet piece gets damaged?

I am not responsible for any damage due to improper care, washing, or handling after delivery.

24. What happens if there is a dispute regarding my order?

Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through informal negotiations before pursuing legal action. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in [Jurisdiction/State] according to local laws.
